Further strengthening the anarchist's case that no government is good government, another public figure has embarrassed himself by failing to keep Mister Happy in his pants.

The Associated Press reports that Detroit Mayor (for now) Kwame Kilpatrick has been charged with perjury. The evidence: When asked under oath if he was the mayor of Detroit, Kilpatrick answered, "Hell, no! Have you seen that place?!?"
